What method do you use to deliver packages?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Packages sent from our United States warehouse are delivered via USPS to all destinations we ship to.

How long does it take for the package to arrive?

All orders are processed within one business day. Since we started operations, we have been able to deliver orders within an estimated time of 1-3 business days. Brilliant.

Is it possible to get tracking information from you?

Yes, between your order and your order being shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information. This is to promote transparency and an excellent tracking experience.

Will all of my items be sent in one box?

Yes and no! Even if you requested combined shipping, items from the same order may be dispatched in separate packages for logistical reasons.
